INTRODUCTION.
The Association of Real Estate Agents Uganda (AREA-Uganda) is organizing the Annual International Real Estate Investment Conference and Dinner with the theme “Exploring Real Estate Partnerships” due to take place on the 5th - 6th December 2024 at Imperial Royale Hotel Kampala.
Uganda’s real estate sector is experiencing rapid growth, driven by increasing demand for housing, commercial spaces, and infrastructure. This presents immense opportunities for local and international investors to capitalize on. However, to fully harness these opportunities, there is a critical need for strategic partnerships, innovative solutions, and investment in cutting-edge technologies that promote sustainability and long-term growth. The 13th Annual International Real Estate Investment Conference & Dinner, organized by the Association of Real Estate Agents Uganda (AREA-Uganda), will provide a platform for stakeholders to explore partnerships, engage with real estate developers, investors, and technology innovators, and drive discussions on emerging trends such as PropTech. The conference aims to facilitate significant investment opportunities and strengthen the future of real estate in Uganda and the region.

Our keynote speaker, a renowned real estate expert, will deliver an insightful address on the events theme. The speech will explore cooperation’s relevance, transformative partnerships, opportunities for collaboration, strategic alliances and innovative investment highlighting the significance of partnership- driven growth in Uganda's real estate sector
b)Exhibition
The exhibition will be held on the two days of the conference and dinner, showcasing innovative real estate solutions and properties from industry practitioners.
