THE 13TH ANNUAL INTERNATIONAL REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT CONFERENCE TO BE HELD ON 5TH-6TH DECEMBER 2024. INTRODUCTION. The Association of Real Estate Agents Uganda (AREA-Uganda) is organizing the Annual International Real Estate Investment Conference and Dinner with the theme “Exploring Real Estate Partnerships” due to take place on the 5th - 6th December 2024 at Imperial Royale Hotel Kampala. This is a two day event that will commence with discussions and feature presentations from well selected speakers and a Keynote address from an experienced and well researched Industry player on day 1 and end with discussions geared towards investment and appropriate technology. We will then resume with Business Pitching or Business match making on day 2 and conclude the day with the Awards Dinner to recognize professionals who have made significant contributions in the Ugandan Real Estate Sector. This event will serve as a platform for sellers, buyers and investors to connect, fostering networking opportunities that could potentially lead to business exchange.
