THE 14TH ANNUAL INTERNATIONAL REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT CONFERENCE AND EXPO: DRIVING A BOUNDLESS FUTURE FOR UGANDA’S HOUSING SECTOR.

The 14th Annual International Real Estate Investment Conference & Expo, hosted by the Association of Real Estate Agents Uganda (AREA Uganda), will take place on 4th.5th December 2025 at the Imperial Royale Hotel in Kampala. Under the theme "Boundless Ambition, Transforming Housing, Shaping Cities with Technology," the event will bring together more than 1,000 delegates from Uganda, Africa, and global markets. With the sector contributing 8% to GDP yet facing a 2.4-million housing deficit, limited financing, and regulatory gaps, the conference aims to address these challenges through knowledge sharing, investment mobilization, PropTech innovation, and sustainable development practices.

This year's edition will feature exhibitions, investor round tables, VR property tours, B2B networking, and high-level policy dialogues. Key initiatives include the launch of a Real Estate Market Platform for real-time data, the creation of a Condominium Council, and programs promoting women in real estate and sustainable construction. AREA Uganda invites partnerships through sponsorship, technical expertise, and exhibitions, offering premium visibility to developers, financiers, policymakers, and innovators seeking to shape the future of Uganda's real estate sector.
